These are the terms for using Festara, made by Obsonator AB, [registered address, Sweden]. By making an account or buying Festara you accept them.
What Festara is
Festara is a calendar of days to celebrate, each with ideas for things to do, make and get. Some days are open to everyone. The rest open when you buy Festara.
Buying Festara
- Festara is a one-time purchase of [price]. It opens every day in the calendar, this year and the years after, on any phone you sign in on.
- Payment is taken by [payment provider]. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of buying and have not yet opened a paid day, write to us for a refund. [Amy: confirm the refund rule]
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one household.
The ideas
The activities, recipes and product suggestions are ideas, not instructions. You know your children, your kitchen and your allergies; we do not. Check anything that could hurt before you do it. Links to shops go to other companies, and their terms apply there.
Our content
The text, illustrations and design of Festara belong to Obsonator AB. Print and share them for your own family as much as you like. Do not sell them or pass them off as your own.
Ending things
You can stop using Festara at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can close an account that is used to abuse the service or other people.
Law
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the rights your own country gives you.
